Selkie is a 3-month-old mystery mix (corgi? husky? an actual seal?? honestly your guess is as good as ours) and she is here to steal snacks and your heart.

• Sweet enough to give you cavities
• Playful, goofy, and always up to something
• Treat-motivated — will 100% do anything for snacks
• Working on potty training (progress in exchange for treats, obviously)
• Sleeps like an angel in her kennel at night
• Gets along with ALL dogs — from 70-lb beefcakes to 10-lb dramas
• Will likely be around 30 lbs full grown — compact, portable, and ready for adventure
If you want a pup who brings equal parts sweetness and spice, Selkie is your girl. She’s quirky, cuddly, and possibly part seal, but that just adds to her charm.
Please note: All dogs are expected to attend our next adoption event, however sometimes life gets in the way. We encourage you to attend our next event to inquire about meeting or adopting any dog listed on our site or email us to request a meeting outside of an event.
Currently we do not know if Selkie will be able to attend the event, Sunday Adoption Event at AARF on Sunday, December 7th, 2025.
