Meet Ese (eee-sah), mama to the Turkish litter. She may be pure Anatolian Shepherd but is small for the breed at 65 lbs. Anatolian Shepards are livestock guard dogs, and are known for being smart, devoted, and protective. Ese will need an owner who is confident and prepared to take charge without being forceful. Still, this 2 yr old girl has a puppy playful side and can be very social when comfortable. She absolutely loves couch cuddles.

She would do best in a home with a large yard (or farm). No apartment living for this girl. She will need another dog, some livestock, or a family to be her pack. Ok with cats and possibly older, dog savvy kids. She would make an amazing hiking, adventure camping buddy or your trusty homestead gal.
